• Do NOT use the original retail box for shipping.

• A brief description of the issue

Step 4: Ship Your Console to Us

• You are responsible for shipping costs to our repair center.
• Keep your tracking number for reference.

Step 5: Professional Repair Process
We will repair your device within 24-48 hours of receiving it and keep you updated throughout the process.

Step 6: We Ship Your Repaired PS5 Back to You!

• Return shipping is included in the repair fee.
• We provide a 90-day warranty on HDMI repairs (excludes accidental, cosmetic, drop, or liquid damage).
