- Wrap your console in bubble wrap and place it in a sturdy box.
- Do NOT use the original retail box for shipping.
Step 3: Include a Note with Your Device

Step 4: Ship Your Console to Us
- Keep your tracking number for reference.
Step 5: Diagnosis & Repair Ticket Creation
- Once we receive your console, we will assess the damage and create a repair ticket.
- You will receive an invoice for the final repair cost minus your deposit.
- Repairs will begin immediately, and you will be updated throughout the process.
Step 6: Invoice Payment & Return Shipping
- Before we ship your repaired console back, the remaining balance must be paid in full.
- Once paid, we will ship your console back using a tracked and insured service.
